Shelford Manor Eventers Trial

We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Shelford Manor at the Eventers trial.

Stuart Buntines course was fantastic and involved some of his BE fences & the commentary was brilliant. Thank you Anne & Stuart for making us feel so welcome.

The event was in aid of the 'regain' charity which is a very worthy cause & close to the hearts of riders.

Boston Cancer Horse & Dog Show

We were just beginning to think we had escaped the rain, but an hour of torrential rain later we knew we hadn't been that lucky! However it did brighten up for a while afterwards which allowed us to dry off a bit!

A big thank you to Tina for her great hospitality, the tea & cakes were most welcome. We hope that the show raised lots of money for such a worthwhile cause.

The showground was fabulous with loads of space and perfect going (until the rain anyway!). Certainly one to mark on our calendar to compete at next year.

Eckington & District Riding Club 23rd May 2010

Everyone had a great time at the Eckington & District Show Jumping Bonanza.

There were a variety of great jumping classes, although I think the weather perhaps kept a few people away.

We are back again at Eckington on 4th July 2010, which proves to be very popular, with fabulous rosettes & sashes (not to mention to very generous prize money!) along with various qualifiers, thats definitely one not to be missed!

Arena UK 23rd May 2010

There was a great turnout at Arena UK for the Trailblazers SJ, which I was glad I had remembered my factor 50 for! I usually cover flat classes so it was nice to take the pics in the SJ ring for a change. It was a pleasure to work at such an amazing venue.

All the classes were well subscribed and the quality of horses & ponies there was fantastic.

We covered all the SJ & Ridden Showing Classes. We are back again on 27th June 2010, so we look forward to seeing you again then!

We were delighted to represent Pellier Events and attend Ollie's 18th at the beautiful Leverhulme Hotel in Liverpool on Saturday evening.

The venue was spectacular, with a huge marquee to seat the guests for their dinners. There then followed speeches & a charity auction which went on into the evening. There was a live band who really got the guests up on their feet and dancing the night away.

I can honestly say I have never attended such an elaborate 18th Birthday Party!!!

We wish Ollie and her family all the best in the future and thank them for making us feel so welcome.

Lets GLOW! Bagthorpe Primary School

I was asked to go along & take some photos to record the latest 'Lets GLOW' day at Bagthorpe Primary School.

Luckily it stayed dry & I enjoyed seeing the students participate in some outdoor adventures. The students had a wail of a time sploshing about in the stream, some giving their parents plenty of washing to do!!

We really enjoyed our evening with the Latin, Ballroom and Salsa Society at the Park Plaza Hotel in Nottingham.

Aid for Haiti

We were delighted to be able to give our services for the day at the Aid for Haiti Event at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on Sunday.

The Event raised in excess of £30,000, so it was well worth all the effort that the organisers Paul Rogers, Adam Woodyatt & Ed James put into it.

We had a lovely day, taking photos of the guests with the celebrities from Eastenders, Corrie, Emmerdale & Hollyoaks and of course 'The Stig'.

We are delighted to announce that we are this years official photographers for Eckington & District Riding Club.

We will be attending throughout the season & at the presentation evening.

The first of the shows is on March 28th 2010, which is a Showing Show with Championships, it sounds fantastic so get yourselves there for a practice before the summer season begins. This will be held at Carlton Forest Equestrian Centre.

We will be operating a loyalty scheme, so look out for that, along with some great deals & unique prints.

Cotswold Vale Farmers' Open & Team SJ 6th Feb 2010

We joined forces with another excellent equestrian photographer, Pete Thorp Photographer, from Worcester.

The event was a team show jumping competition which included a Dengie Qualifier, the first competitor went at 8.30 a.m. & the last around 8.15 p.m., so it was a long day, but thoroughly enjoyable.

It was held at Hatpury College, which is a huge place.

Emma's Teen Shoot

We had a great time in the studio for Emma's birthday in the first of my 'Teen Shoot Packages.'

All you need is a minimum of 6 friends and £15.00 each. For that you get a fun photographic shoot experience with individual as well as group photos. You each take away your favourite mounted 9x6 print at the end of the session. In addition to that facebook friends of trudy trafford momentsphotography also receive a free facebook file of their chosen photo.

The whole experience was really enjoyable and we all had a great laugh, as you can tell from the images!

Whizzy...1 year later!
